Apartment Libecchio

Apartment Libecchio is situated on the first floor of our house. It has a terrace on which you will enjoy drinking your morning coffee, listening to the chirping of birds and crickets hidden in the nature that surrounds you. When entering the apartment, first is the bathroom with a shower and then a bedroom with a double bed (160x190cm). On the end of the hall is fully equipped kitchen with dinning table and a sofa which can be used as a bed for additional person. Kitchen is equiped with Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, electric stove and a fridge with freezer. Balcony sitting area is accessed from the kitchen. The apartment is suitable for max 2 adults and 1 child. The overall area of the apartment is 40m² plus an 10m² terrace. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, free internet (Wi-Fi) and a hair dryer. A travel cot and a high chair are available for our youngest guests. Pets on request. A common barbecue, free parking spot, laundry room and an iron are available to all our guests. Transfer on request.

Terms & conditions

Each additional guest: 20€/night.
Final cleaning is not included in the price.
Minimum stay in all apartments: 7 days (10.06-20.09).
For stays shorter than the minimum the price increases by 30%.
A deposit of 30% of the total price is required for the reservation.
Payment of reservation will be confirmed only by e-mail.
The remaining amount is to be paid upon the arrival in cash.
In the event of cancellation, the advance deposit is not refundable.
Guests will pay for full reserved period, regardless off possible later arrival or earlier departure.
Linens and towels are changed every 7 days.
