House Vera

House Vera is situated near hotel only few meters away from Gusarica beach, diving center and city center.

In the backyard, where is also the main entrance of the house, bbq and sitting area can be found in the shadow of grapevines pergola.

Entering the house is the ground floor with living room area and the first bathroom. From there you can reach upper floor where are three bedrooms and the second bathroom. All three bedrooms are equipped with A/C and two of them have access to balcony and sea view.

From the living room area you access 30sqm terrace. Terrace is connected to fully renovated kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, electric and gas cooktop, oven, kettle and TV.

Terms & conditions

House Vera is suitable for maximum 6 people. Final cleaning is not included in the price.
Minimum stay in house Vera: 7 days (01.06.-01.10.)
For stays shorter than the minimum the price increases by 30%.
A deposit of 40% of the total price is required for the reservation.
In the event of cancellation, the advance deposit is not refundable.
Payment of reservation will be confirmed only by e-mail.
The remaining amount is to be paid upon the arrival in cash.
Guests will pay for full reserved period, regardless off later arrival or earlier departure.
Linens are changed every 7 days. Towels are not provided.
