Apartment Mistral

The apartment is situated on the second floor of the house. It has a big terrace where you will enjoy beautiful views of the sea and Komiža while drinking first class homemade Plavac. It consists of a large bedroom with a double bed (160x190cm), a bathroom and a small toilet, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a bed which makes it suitable for a family of four. The apartment is equipped with central heating, air conditioning, a TV and a hair dryer. A travel cot and a high chair are available for our youngest guests. The overall area of the apartment is 80m² plus a 20m² terrace. Pets on request. A common barbecue, free parking spot, laundry room as well as an iron are available to all our guests. Transfer on request.

Terms & conditions

Each additional guest: 15€/night.
Final cleaning is not included in the price.
Minimum stay in the apartment: 7 days (01.06.-01.10.).
For stays shorter than the minimum the price increases by 30%.
A deposit of 35% of the total price is required for the reservation.
Payment of reservation will be confirmed only by e-mail.
The remaining amount is to be paid upon the arrival in cash.
In the event of cancellation, the advance deposit is not refundable.
Guests will pay for full reserved period, regardless off possible later arrival or earlier departure.
Linens and towels are changed every 7 days.
