Apartment Levant

The apartment is situated on the second floor of the house with a balcony with an unforgettable view of the entire bay of Komiža and the island of Biševo. It is suitable for max 2 adults and 1 child. When entering the apartment, on the right side is the bathroom with a shower followed by the bedroom with double bed (160x190cm). On the end of the hall is fully equipped kitchen with dinning table and a sofa which can be used as a bed for additional person. Kitchen is equiped with Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, electric stove and a fridge with freezer. Balcony sitting area is accessed from the kitchen. The overall area of the apartment is 40m² with an 10m² balcony. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning , free internet (Wi-Fi), a TV and a hair dryer. A travel cot and a high chair are available for our youngest guests. Pets on request. A common barbecue, free parking spot, laundry room and an iron are available to all our guests. Transfer on request.

Terms & conditions

Each additional guest: 20€/night.
Final cleaning is not included in the price.
Minimum stay in all apartments: 7 days (10.06.-20.09.).
For stays shorter than the minimum the price increases by 30%.
A deposit of 30% of the total price is required for the reservation.
Payment of reservation will be confirmed only by e-mail.
The remaining amount is to be paid upon the arrival in cash.
In the event of cancellation, the advance deposit is not refundable.
Guests will pay for full reserved period, regardless off possible later arrival or earlier departure.
Linens and towels are changed every 7 days.
